Crazy day!

Got rear-ended by an AirCo truck on my lunch hour...lost half my bumper.




Got a skin tag mole-ish thing frozen off of my neck...hurt like a b*tch!




Tried out my new meditation bench! (Don't laugh!)



Started reading an awesome new book!
